Extraction type : Espresso, Italian
Recommended product : Dark roast
Preparation : 10g of chicory for a double espresso
*Do not grind the chicory before use.
Filtered
Extraction type : Filter, V60, Piston
Recommended product : Medium roast
Preparation : Ratio 1 to 15 = 40g of chicory for 600g of water at 80°C.
*Do not grind the chicory before use.
Infusion
Extraction type : Infusion
Recommended product : Medium roast
Preparation : Fill the container with chicory and infuse with hot water at 80°C for 5 minutes.
*Do not grind the chicory before use.
50/50 coffee-chicory
The taste of coffee, softened by chicory. Less caffeine, more digestive comfort without changing your routine.
Preparation : Mix your coffee and chicory, then extract both together.
