Our chicory is sourced from sustainable agriculture in France and contains no additives or preservatives. We are actively working towards organic certification.

How to store chicory?

What are the delivery times?

We'll prepare your order in 1 to 3 days max, and after that, it depends on where you live. Generally, it arrives at your home within 2 to 7 business days anywhere in Canada. We'll do it as fast as we can, we promise!

What are the delivery costs?

It depends on your address, the fees are displayed directly at checkout, so there are no nasty surprises.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?

My package is lost or damaged, what should I do?

Oops, no stress! If your package is lost in transit or arrives in damaged condition, email us at hello@chicobeverage.ca with photos (if damaged) and we'll take care of everything. We'll file a claim with the carrier and, if necessary, send you a replacement. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order!

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

It happens! If you realize your address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@chicobeverage.ca . We'll do our best to correct the information before shipping, but we can't guarantee anything once the package is in the carrier's hands.
